• Client is responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances

Confidentiality

Both parties acknowledge that during the course of engagement, they may have access to confidential information. Each party agrees to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information
• Use confidential information only for the purposes of the engagement
• Not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent
• Return or destroy all confidential information upon termination of the engagement

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from third parties without confidentiality obligations.

Warranties and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J.E.F. General Contracting LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• Any errors or defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

Termination
